China's environmental situation is serious, how should foundry survive?

From 2017 to 2018, it will be a difficult year for the casting industry in China. It will be difficult to hire workers, the factory will stop production and make rectification, the price of casting raw materials will rise sharply, and the casting market will be in short supply

During production, the foundry will discharge harmful gases and pollute the air, such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide and a lot of dust. After finding the problem, the state environmental protection bureau began to clean up the foundry from last year .The foundry was forced to stop production several times without any economic compensation or tax relief.

At present, the environmental rectification of the foundry continues to progress.  some foundry factories in Hebei ,  Shandong, Henan, Shanxi and other places have begun to rectify and close down due to the poor environmental protection standards .This month, the central environmental protection inspection team will supervise more than 15 provinces and cities in Hunan, Anhui, Xinjiang, Tibet,  Guizhou, Sichuan, Shanxi, Shandong, Tianjin, Hainan, Liaoning, Jilin, Zhejiang, Qinghai and Fujian in two batches.

In Beijing, tianjin and hebei, fujian and other places, a strict environmental inspection will be carried out in September. Satellite remote sensing will be adopted to monitor pollution in these places, and mobile inspection will be carried out.After this inspection, I don't know how many enterprises can not bear the pressure to close the factory for rectification.

As the environmental protection inspection of the foundry goes on, unqualified foundry enterprises are forced to shut down and rectification. Qualified foundry faces the dilemma of rising labor price, rising raw material price and being afraid to accept orders

At the beginning of this year, the price of casting raw materials soared. If the raw materials of casting increased by 30%, the casting could also increase by 10%, and the profit space would shrink again and again .Foundry foundry is difficult to recruit workers, now the labor cost is too high, dry foundry worker is also less and less, the salary of furnace worker, model ling worker gives 7000-8000 RMB, all very difficult recruit a person!
